Fee Rules
- In case a cadet fails to deposit fees by the due date, a late fee fine will be charged at the rate of Rs.100/- per day from the first of that month till the date of payment and in case fees are not cleared by the end of that month, cadet’s name will be struck off the college rolls. Re-admission will be allowed at the discretion of the Principal on payment of full admission fee and fine plus other outstanding dues, if any. A transfer certificate will not be issued until all the dues have been duly paid.
- No cadet is allowed to sit for annual examination or any Board Examination unless outstanding dues, remaining fees have been fully paid. The institution will not be responsible for loss of academic year of a cadet.
- Full fee will be charged from new entrant for the month during which he joins the institution. An individual who has not attended any recognized school shall pay full tuition fee from the beginning of the academic year.
- The dues from students of outgoing Matric and F.Sc 2nd Year Class will be charged for the month of April/May and June respectively for the year in which the students will appear in the Board Exam.
- When remitting the dues through bank, cadet’s name, class and kit number should be clearly mentioned in the message sent to the institution.
Fees of Withdrawal / Transfer Cases
- Fee for the whole month during which a cadet is withdrawn from the institution will be charged. Neither college/school leaving certificate nor any other certificate will be issued until all the dues have been paid.
